Depending on your needs and preferences, our assistance with daily life services can include:

Meal preparation and assistance with eating
Cooking
Shopping
Gardening
Helping you access or get to and from places, such as your workplace
Housekeeping, such as cleaning, laundry, and general house maintenance
Assisting you with your medication and medical appointments

We also incorporate the use of technology or equipment to assist with daily tasks — including mobility aids like wheelchairs, environmental controls such as heaters or fans, and communication devices like mobile phones and laptops.

Self-Care Support

Assistance with Self-Care Service

Our Assistance with Self-Care services focus on supporting your personal care needs to help you live safely, comfortably, and independently. These services typically include:

Personal hygiene — assistance with showering, bathing, grooming, and dressing
Toileting support — including continence care and menstrual hygiene
Mobility support — helping with safe movement around the home or transferring between positions
Medication assistance — prompting or supervision for taking prescribed medications
Skincare and grooming routines — including nail care, shaving, and oral hygiene
Morning and evening routines — such as getting in and out of bed, changing clothes, and bedtime preparation

As per NDIS guidelines, this support may include up to two hours per day for core hygiene, grooming, and dressing tasks.
